Get Involved

The Board of Directors and the Head of School are very interested in having parents and grandparents meaningfully involved in the life of the school at every level. Because we are a young school, decisions are being made and habits are being formed that will influence the school for many years to come.
Collectively, BCA parents and grandparents bring a wealth of spiritual, personal, and professional experience that enriches BCA for everyone. Whether you have an hour per year or several hours per month to devote, there are ways to be involved that will really help the school and will allow you to take an active part in shaping your child’s education experience.
Pray for BCA
BCA was born out of a prayer group. Prayer undergirds every decision and sustains the school community every day. Please pray for students, teachers, and school leadership. Pray that BCA will be a place where God’s grace is evidenced throughout the school and from the school into the community.
Be a Community Builder
Do you know a student or family who would be a wonderful addition to the BCA community? Invite them to visit the school with you! It is one thing to hear about BCA and quite another to experience what is happening there every day. Without fail, people who visit the school come away impressed. Please feel free to bring your friends to the school to see first hand the great things taking place in our classrooms and at Cedardale. We will gladly set up a time that is convenient for you. An added benefit of being a community builder is the $500 tuition discount you receive for referring students who enroll.

Give us a Piece of Your Mind!
We care about your family’s BCA experience and encourage you to tell us what is working well and what needs to be improved. From focus groups in the fall to our re-enrollment survey in the spring, BCA is always looking for ways to hear from parents. Please feel free to call, write, or visit us with your suggestions and comments.
Lend a Hand
Parents and friends of BCA volunteer their time at special events, athletic events, in the lunch program, the computer lab, student clubs and many other ways. Whether you are handy with carpentry, photography, painting, computers, or have musical or artistic talents, BCA has many areas where your may enrich the school.
Offer Your Treasure
God used the sacrificial giving of many people to establish BCA. Funds are needed for scholarships, developing the high school program and enhancing facilities and programs.
We hope you will prayerfully consider the best way to be involved at BCA. Please contact Victoria Kennedy to let her know how you can help. By working together we will build a school that serves our children and our region now and for generations to come.
