BCA Overview

Vicki Kennedy

Greetings from the Head of School, Victoria Kennedy!

A truly extraordinary work of God is happening in the classrooms and in the lives of our students at Bradford Christian Academy! God has formed a dynamic community of students and teachers who prepare to make a difference in the world. Whether on the tennis court, in the classroom, in the swimming pool, or through community service projects, BCA students learn the importance of self-discipline, hard work, and dependence on God. Our basketball team’s motto, “Trust, Integrity, Discipline, Courage,” captures the spirit of BCA well.

We are very proud of the faculty and staff that God gathered for our students. I encourage you to learn more about them from our faculty biography page. At BCA teachers are passionate in their commitment to help every student strive to achieve his or her God-given potential through our challenging curriculum. In response to our high personal and academic standards, our students demonstrate that they can hit the mark with our help and encouragement.

At BCA we recognize the importance of relationships. We are creating a dynamic learning community that trains young people to think critically, live purposefully, and serve faithfully. We strive to create an environment where every student matters. Parents are a welcome and integral part of the BCA community. They volunteer at the school, help shape and support school programs, and are role models of their children’s peers. As one BCA parent put it, “In knowing my child’s friends and their parents, I feel like I am living in days past when everyone in the neighborhood watched out for each other’s kids! BCA is that caring neighborhood that rarely exists anymore.”

I am honored to serve as the Head of School, and assure you that I work hard to earn your trust by providing an exceptional school that we can offer back to God as a sacrifice of praise. With God’s help, our staff, teachers, students, parents, and board members are striving for excellence without sacrificing our desire to be a community of grace.

We hope this web site gives you a compelling picture of life at BCA and will spark your interest to visit the school. I look forward to telling you about the great things God is doing among us!
